  • 1 Caramel layer
  • 1 Chocolate layer
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Maldon salt
  • 1 Peanut butter filling
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable shortening
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 Shortbread crust
Dairy
  • 3/4 cup Butter, unsalted very soft
  • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
